Happy Pride Month! Are We Doing This Right?

MILWAUKEE, WI- Happy Pride from all of us at WNT! Is that what you say? “Happy Pride”? We wanted to do more than just throw up a rainbow version of our logo and call it a June, but at the same time, we don’t want to overdo it and seem like we’re making it about us. We hope the rainbow logo is cool though.

We’re totally open to criticism and stuff. We acknowledge we don’t have the most diverse writers room, so we want to be allies without being all self-congratulating about it.

Think of us as like a cool aunt/uncle. We can talk. All support; No judgment. Are you seeing anybody? How’s the…you know…? Too far? Ok. We get it. Just be safe, ok. No, now this feels patronizing? Got it.

Let’s change gears. Pridefest is back this year! That’s pretty neat, huh. Hmmmm, yeah.
