MILWAUKEE, WI- The newly installed American Family Field sign is engulfed in flames. WNT was first on the scene to report the fire. Sources at the stadium reported seeing sparks prior to the flames. Stadium officials are not ruling out “foul” play at this time, but an electrical malfunction is most likely the root cause. State Farm, the stadium’s current insurance carrier, could not be reached for comment. This is an active situation and we will report as details emerge.
