Chancellor Gow Kicked Out of UWL For Plagiarizing Porn Videos

LA CROSSE, WI – Joe Gow, chancellor of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, was fired this week after posting pornographic videos with his wife online were to have been reportedly plagiarized from other pornographic material.

Karen Walsh, the head of the University of Wisconsin Board of Regents who was born of adults who had sex, said in a statement that the board was “alarmed, and disgusted, by his actions. How dare he have sex with his wife and think we wouldn’t notice that all of his sex positions had been lifted from the hard work of others.”

The positions in question Gow seems to have taken credit for include The Chairman, The Upstanding Citizen, The Good Ex, and The Butter Churner.

“Researchers worked diligently to perfect these sex positions,” Walsh continued, “For Mr. Gow to take credit for inventing these positions clearly goes against the academic code of conduct.”

Jay Rothman, the president of the University of Wisconsin System who was also born of adults having sex, said Mr. Gow had caused the university “significant reputational harm.”

“An example must be made for our college-aged adults who are currently having tons of sex in the dorms all over the state,” Rothman continued, “If you are going to post videos of you having sex, please give the original sex position creator credit for their work in APA format.”

Rotheman clarified that a simple sex citation and porn references page at the end would suffice.

Over his nearly 17 years leading the roughly 10,000-student university along the Wisconsin-Minnesota border, Mr. Gow grew the school’s full-time undergraduate enrollment at a time when enrollment at other University of Wisconsin campuses declined significantly. He also oversaw a significant upgrade to campus facilities and emphasized the importance of free speech and sex positivity. According to 2022 campus climate survey, UWL has seen steady and significant decreases in sexual violence including sexual harrassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, and stalking.
