MCTS drivers are joyful over the announcement that MCTS is simplifying its rules for
riders. The new policy called “Sit Down, and Shut up” is replacing MCTS’ current regulations that passengers are required to follow, saying that this “simplifies things, and covers all grounds.”
“Apparently four rules was just way too much to handle, so we’ve made this a bit easier. All
passengers must wear duct-tape over their mouths, for the duration of their trip.”
“Finally, we get to enjoy some peace and quiet while we drive.” One driver said. Another added,
“I no longer have to hear that crazy f$*^er calling the bus’ PA system a pedophile lizard person.”
MCTS plans to remain extremely strict about this rule, saying the only exception that will be
made is for people with extremely sick beards.
The organization says that they will be allowed to wear blue masking tape, as it won’t stick as
much to their amazing beard and cause undue anguish.
