MILWAUKEE, WI- In a surprise twist, it was announced that the 2022 Wisconsin State Fair will go virtual this year. They are urging people to celebrate the fair from home by frying up random foods, dressing trashy, and blasting live versions of washed up 80’s music. The fair will also be offering at safer at home kits which will include cream puffs, manure scented candles, cream puffs, and a kit to make your own Saz’s sampler platter. While the Fair can’t ship beer to your house, they are insisting that you over drink, spill beer throughout the house, and treat your bathroom as a Porta Potty.
“With the threat of Monkey Pox and the new Covid Variant it would be irresponsible for us to consider going on with the show” stated board member Jonathan Paul. “We will still be doing the drive up cream puffs as well as other products normally featured in the Wisconsin Products Pavilion.” Sadly, other fair favorites such as fighting at the midway, mullet counting, pig races, and the giant slide will unfortunately have to wait until 2023.
