Governor Evers Declares March Is Canceled In The State Of Wisconsin Due To Inclement Weather

MADISON, WI- The governor, who spoke to reporters in a hastily organized press conference, stated that the state was ill-prepared to deal with the inclement weather that was forecast for March. “We have already seen record snowfall and freezing temperatures this winter,” the governor said. “The last thing we want is for our citizens to suffer through another month of harsh weather conditions. That is why we have decided to cancel March altogether.”

The governor’s decision has caused widespread confusion and consternation among the citizens of the state. Many have expressed disbelief that a month of the calendar could simply be canceled like this. “What about my daughter’s birthday on March 15th?” one angry citizen asked. “Does that mean it’s just not going to happen this year?”

Others have raised concerns about the economic impact of canceling an entire month. “What about businesses that rely on March for their revenues?” a local business owner asked. “Are they just supposed to shut down for the entire month?”
